mBLAST APIs
To easily submit your data into mBLAST without web services programming, you can create an ATOM feed (or RSS feed, if desired). After you put the feed on your web site, tell us where to find the file by filling out this form. Our system can then pick up your data on a scheduled basis.
Since the ATOM and RSS specifications do not include the information necessary to populate all of the mBLAST fields for each type of data, mBLAST has defined extensions to the specifications that allow the additional fields to be submitted. We have documented these extensions for each type.
