Nov 9, 2004--The NA2000 is a 24 port ADSL splitter line card that can be used in any of the Comtest Networks 2000 Series 19 and 23 inch rack mountable shelves. Designed for use with a 900ohm central office termination and 600ohm customer premise termination the NA2000 can be installed in
the central office or on the customer premise. The NA2000 ADSL splitter is used to connect 24 high-speed data lines from a DSLAM and 24 voice circuits from a voice switch, to 24 local loops delivering both voice and high-speed ADSL services to customer locations.

The NA2000 has level 2 protection devices on board for the line interface. The PSTN interfaces may also be populated with level 2 protection for second cabinet remote applications.

Appropriate consumer safety and emissions standards ensure this equipment may safely be installed at customer location, remote or local exchange.
